We are well on our way to completing the latest phase of development at Gateforth Park, and the site is looking better than ever!
Two-thirds of Phase 2 is already filled, and we now have just 24 empty plots left. With generous plot sizes and lakeside homes available with their own private fishing peg, this area of the park is proving popular. Our team have been working hard welcoming visitors for viewings of the eight luxury show homes that are on site and ready to move into.
The park continues to attract attention from prospective homeowners for the relaxing outdoor lifestyle it offers. Immaculate grounds and thriving community
As the planting becomes more established, the park is looking stunning. Nestled near Selby in the picturesque North Yorkshire countryside, our exclusive gated residential park spans 45 acres of meticulously laid-out homes and immaculately-maintained green space.
Paul, our park manager, has been doing a fantastic job keeping on top of our grounds. Among his many tasks, he’s put in paths in the dog walking area, trimmed all the hedges, and used our hedgehog-friendly grass cutter ‘Robochop’ to keep the lawns in tip-top condition.
We have welcomed five new residents this year so far. Our sales manager Helen Delaney has also been spending time visiting the Omar showroom with customers, helping them add bespoke options to their new home.
Over at our on-site Community Centre, which is fast becoming the hub of Gateforth Park, our residents have been organising a range of events, from takeaway pizza and fish and chips, to craft clubs and family history groups. Most recently, we’ve had football fans gathering to cheer England on as they progressed to the Euro 2024 finals. Our park manager Carol has also been busy stocking up the honesty shop at the centre, which is open from 9am -9pm.
